Sanskrit

आसनं शयनं यानं नावः पथि तृणानि च ।

सोमसूर्यांशुपवनैः शुध्यन्ते तानि पण्यवत् ॥

Transliteration

āsanaṃ śayanaṃ yānaṃ nāvaḥ pathi tṛṇāni ca | soma-sūryāṃśu-pavanaiḥ śudhyante tāni paṇya-vat ||

Translation

Les sièges, les lits, les véhicules, les barques, et même les herbes du chemin sont purifiés par la clarté de la lune, la lumière du soleil et le vent—à la manière des marchandises mises à l’air pour l’usage.
