Adhyaya 31 — Naimittika and Related Śrāddha Rites: Sapiṇḍīkaraṇa, Eligibility, Timing, and Procedure
अप्राप्तौ तद्दिने चापि वर्ज्या योषित्प्रसङ्गिनः ।
भिक्षार्थमागतान् वापि काले संयमिनो यतीन् ॥
aprāptau taddine cāpi varjyā yoṣitprasaṅginaḥ | bhikṣārthamāgatān vāpi kāle saṃyamino yatīn ||
Si les invités ne viennent pas, alors, ce jour-là même, il faut éviter ceux qui sont attachés aux femmes. Mais les ascètes maîtres d’eux-mêmes, arrivant au moment convenable pour demander l’aumône, peuvent être reçus comme il convient.
