शूरो5भिमानी पापात्मा सर्वार्थिषु च मुग्धवान् | दारामर्शी महाभाग लभते<र्थान् बहूनपि,इसे अपनी शूरवीरताका बड़ा अभिमान है। यह पापात्मा सब बातोंमें मूर्ख है। महाभाग! यह परायी स्त्रियोंपर बलात्कार करता और लोगोंसे बहुत धन हड़पता रहता है
śūro 'bhimānī pāpātmā sarvārtheṣu ca mugdhavān | dārāmarśī mahābhāga labhate 'rthān bahūn api ||
Il se dit héros et se gonfle d’orgueil, mais son cœur est pécheur et il est égaré en toute chose. Ô noble seigneur, il outrage les épouses d’autrui et, par cette conduite de prédateur, s’empare de biens nombreux qu’il amasse.
