Draupadī Awakens Bhīmasena
वैशग्पायन उवाच ततस्तु सभ्या विज्ञाय कृष्णां भूयो5भ्यपूजयन् । साधु साध्विति चाप्याहु: कीचकं च व्यगर्हयन्,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--राजन! तदनन्तर सभासदोंने सारा रहस्य जानकर द्रौपदीकी बार-बार सराहना की। उसे अनेक बार साधुवाद दिया और कीचककी निन््दा करते हुए उसे बहुत धिक्कारा
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tatastu sabhyā vijñāya kṛṣṇāṃ bhūyo 'bhyapūjayan | sādhu sādhv iti cāpy āhuḥ kīcakaṃ ca vyagarhayan ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Alors, les membres de l’assemblée royale, ayant compris toute l’affaire, honorèrent Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī) encore et encore. Ils s’écrièrent à plusieurs reprises : « Bien ! Bien ! », et, condamnant Kīcaka, le couvrirent de reproches sévères.
