Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 13 — Kīcaka’s Proposition and Draupadī’s Dharmic Refusal
एवं ते न्यवसंस्तत्र प्रच्छन्ना: पुरुषर्षभा: । कर्माणि तस्य कुर्वाणा विराटनृपतेस्तदा,इस प्रकार वे पुरुषशिरोमणि पाण्डव उस समय राजा विराटके भिन्न-भिन्न कार्य सँभालते हुए वहाँ छिपकर रहते थे
evaṁ te nyavasan tatra pracchannāḥ puruṣarṣabhāḥ | karmāṇi tasya kurvāṇā virāṭanṛpates tadā ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Ainsi, ces hommes, forts comme des taureaux—les Pāṇḍava, les plus éminents des mortels—vécurent là dans la dissimulation, et, en ce temps-là, ils accomplirent les diverses charges et besognes du roi Virāṭa.
