युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya
तत्रोष्य रजनीमेकां स्वर्गलोके महीयते । वहीं विमलाशोक नामक उत्तम तीर्थ है, वहाँ जाकर ब्रह्मचर्यपालनपूर्वक एकाग्रचित्त हो एक रात निवास करनेसे मनुष्य स्वर्गलोकमें प्रतिष्ठित होता है ।।
tatroṣya rajanīm ekāṁ svargaloke mahīyate | goprātāraṁ tato gacchet sarasyās tīrtham uttamam |
Après y demeurer une seule nuit, l’homme est honoré et établi dans le monde du ciel. De là, qu’on se rende à Goprātāra, excellent gué sacré associé à Sarasvatī. Ô grand roi, c’est par la puissance sanctifiante de ce tīrtha que le héros Śrī Rāmacandra, avec ses serviteurs, ses guerriers et ses chars, s’y plongea et gagna sa demeure éternelle.
