ऋषिकुल्यां समासाद्य नर: स्नात्वा विकल्मष: । देवान् पितृश्चार्चयित्वा ऋषिलोकं प्रपद्यते,ऋषिकुल्यामें जाकर स्नान करके पापरहित मानव देवताओं और पितरोंकी पूजा करके ऋषिलोकमें जाता है
ṛṣikulyāṃ samāsādya naraḥ snātvā vikalmaṣaḥ | devān pitṝś cārcayitvā ṛṣilokaṃ prapadyate ||
Ayant atteint le cours d’eau sacré Ṛṣikulyā, un homme s’y baigne et se trouve sans souillure. Puis, après avoir honoré les dieux et vénéré les ancêtres, il parvient au monde des ṛṣi, les voyants.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
Purification through sacred bathing, coupled with worship of the gods and honoring the ancestors, is presented as a complete dharmic act that yields elevated spiritual results—attainment of Ṛṣiloka.
The speaker describes the fruit of visiting the tīrtha called Ṛṣikulyā: one bathes there, becomes cleansed of sin, performs worship for devas and pitṛs, and thereby gains access to the realm of the seers.
