युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya
पुण्डरीकमवाप्नोति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत् । उष्यैकां रजनीं तत्र गोसहस्रफलं लभेत्
puṇḍarīkam avāpnoti kulaṃ caiva samuddharet | uṣy ekāṃ rajanīṃ tatra go-sahasra-phalaṃ labhet ||
Celui qui agit ainsi obtient le mérite du sacrifice Puṇḍarīka et relève même toute sa lignée. De plus, en demeurant là une seule nuit, il reçoit un fruit égal au don de mille vaches.
