धृतराष्ट्रस्य क्रतु-प्रवर्तनम् तथा पाण्डवानां निमन्त्रण-प्रतिवचनम्
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Sacrifice Commences and the Pandavas’ Reply to the Invitation
भूय एवाभ्यवर्तन्त शतशो5थ सहस्रश:ः । गन्धर्वभूता पृथिवी क्षणेन समपद्यत
bhūya evābhyavartanta śataśo 'tha sahasraśaḥ | gandharvabhūtā pṛthivī kṣaṇena samapadyata ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana dit : De nouveau ils revinrent à l’assaut, par centaines puis par milliers ; en un instant, la terre entière sembla se transformer en un théâtre de Gandharvas, partout pleine de leur tumulte et de leur présence.
