Vaiśampāyana uvāca |
Tatas te sahitāḥ sarve Duryodhanam upāgaman |
Abruvanś ca mahārāja yad ūcuḥ Kauravaṃ prati ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Alors, tous ensemble, ils s’approchèrent de Duryodhana. Et, ô grand roi, ils rapportèrent au Kaurava, mot pour mot, les paroles qu’on leur avait dites de lui transmettre. La scène souligne qu’en temps de crise royale, les messages sont portés collectivement et avec solennité, façonnant la responsabilité et les conséquences dans le conflit qui s’annonce.
