जानामि त्वां परिश्रान्तं ततो विश्रामकाड्क्षिणम्‌ । मार्कण्डेय इहास्स्व त्वं यावदिच्छसि भार्गव

Transliteration

jānāmi tvāṃ pariśrāntaṃ tato viśrāmakāṅkṣiṇam | mārkaṇḍeya ihāssva tvaṃ yāvad icchasi bhārgava ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana dit : «Je sais que tu es épuisé et que, pour cela, tu désires le repos. Ô Mārkaṇḍeya, demeure ici aussi longtemps que tu le souhaites, ô Bhārgava.»
