Arjuna meets the Lokapālas, is tested by Indra, and is led to Amarāvatī for astra-śikṣā
Indraloka-gamana
एवमेतं त्वतिक्रम्प महामेरुमतन्द्रित: । भावयन् सर्वभूतानि पुनर्गच्छति मन्दरम्
evaṃ etaṃ tv atikrampya mahāmerum atandritaḥ | bhāvayan sarvabhūtāni punar gacchati mandaram ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ainsi, sans la moindre paresse, après avoir franchi le grand Meru, il retourne de nouveau vers Mandara, soutenant tous les êtres vivants. De même, le Soleil—destructeur des ténèbres—nourrit le monde entier de ses rayons et chemine sans cesse sur cette voie sans entrave.»
