Dvārakāyāṃ Sāhāyya-vibhāgaḥ (Alliance Allocation at Dvārakā) / उद्योगपर्व अध्याय ७
ततः पीताम्बरधरो जगत्स्रष्टा जनार्दन: । गते दुर्योधने कृष्ण: किरीटिनमथाब्रवीत् । अयुध्यमान: कां बुद्धिमास्थायाहं वृतस्त्वया,दुर्योधनके चले जानेपर पीताम्बरधारी जगत्स्रष्टा जनार्दन श्रीकृष्णने अर्जुनसे कहा --'पार्थ! मैं तो युद्ध करूँगा नहीं; फिर तुमने क्या सोच-समझकर मुझे चुना है?”
tataḥ pītāmbaradharo jagatsraṣṭā janārdanaḥ | gate duryodhane kṛṣṇaḥ kirīṭinam athābravīt | ayudhyamānaḥ kāṃ buddhim āsthāyāhaṃ vṛtas tvayā |
Alors Janārdana, créateur et soutien du monde, vêtu de jaune, s’adressa à Arjuna au diadème, après le départ de Duryodhana : «Pārtha, je ne combattrai pas. Avec quelle intention et quel discernement m’as-tu choisi ?»
