Dvārakāyāṃ Sāhāyya-vibhāgaḥ (Alliance Allocation at Dvārakā) / उद्योगपर्व अध्याय ७
तदनन्तर धुृतराष्ट्रपुत्र राजा दुर्योधन कृतवर्मके पास गया। कृतवर्माने उसे एक अक्षौहिणी सेना दी ।। स तेन सर्वसैन्येन भीमेन कुरुनन्दन: । वृतः परिययौ हृष्ट: सुहृदः सम्प्रहर्षषन्,उस सारी भयंकर सेनाके द्वारा घिरा हुआ कुरुनन्दन दुर्योधन अपने सुहृदोंका हर्ष बढ़ाता हुआ बड़ी प्रसन्नताके साथ हस्तिनापुरको लौट गया
sa tena sarvasainyena bhīmena kurunandanaḥ | vṛtaḥ pariyayau hṛṣṭaḥ suhṛdaḥ sampraharṣayan ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Entouré de toute cette armée redoutable, Duryodhana —la fierté des Kurus— s’en alla le cœur exalté. Chemin faisant, il accroissait la joie de ses alliés et de ses amis, puis, comblé de satisfaction, il reprit la route d’Hastināpura, affermi par l’appui militaire qu’il avait obtenu.
