Amba–Rama–Bhishma Dialogue on Vow and Refuge
गत्वाहं जामदग्न्यं तु प्रयाचिष्ये कुरूद्वह । भीष्मेण सह मा योत्सी: शिष्येणेति पुन: पुन:
gatvāhaṃ jāmadagnyaṃ tu prayāciṣye kurūdvaha | bhīṣmeṇa saha mā yotsīḥ śiṣyeṇeti punaḥ punaḥ ||
Bhīṣma dit : «Ô le plus éminent des Kuru, j’irai moi-même auprès du fils de Jamadagni, Paraśurāma, et je le supplierai sans cesse : “Ne combats pas Bhīṣma, ton propre disciple.”»
