युधिष्टिरो राजपुत्रो महात्मा न्यायागतं राज्यमिदं च तस्य । स कौरवस्यास्य कुलस्य भर्ता प्रशासिता चैव महानुभाव:,“महात्मा युधिष्ठिर राजाके पुत्र हैं, अतः न्यायतः प्राप्त हुए इस राज्यपर उन्हींका अधिकार है। वे ही इस कौरवकुलका भरण-पोषण करनेवाले, स्वामी तथा इस राज्यके शासक हैं। उनका प्रभाव महान्‌ है

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhiro rājaputro mahātmā nyāyāgataṁ rājyam idaṁ ca tasya | sa kauravasyāsya kulasya bhartā praśāsitā caiva mahānubhāvaḥ ||

Translation

Vāyu dit : «Yudhiṣṭhira, le prince à la grande âme, est l’héritier légitime ; selon la justice, ce royaume lui appartient. Il est le soutien et le gardien de cette lignée des Kuru, et véritablement son souverain et son administrateur — un homme de grande puissance et de haute dignité.»
