तथैव सर्वधर्मज्ञ: पितुर्मम पितामह: । प्रतीप: पृथिवीपालस्त्रिषु लोकेषु विश्रुत:,“इसी प्रकार मेरे पिताके पितामह राजा प्रतीप सब धर्मोके ज्ञाता एवं तीनों लोकोंमें विख्यात थे
tathaiva sarvadharmajñaḥ pitur mama pitāmahaḥ | pratīpaḥ pṛthivīpālas triṣu lokeṣu viśrutaḥ ||
« De même, l’aïeul de mon père — le roi Pratīpa — connaissait tous les dharmas. Protecteur de la terre, il était renommé dans les trois mondes. »
