न च धर्मादपक्रामेदच्युत: पुरुषोत्तम: । 'परंतु ये पुरुषोत्तम श्रीकृष्ण किसी प्रकार भी निन्दित अथवा पापकर्म नहीं कर सकते और न कभी धर्मसे ही पीछे हट सकते हैं
na ca dharmād apakrāmed acyutaḥ puruṣottamaḥ |
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Acyuta—la Personne suprême—ne se détournerait jamais du dharma. Au-delà de tout blâme et incapable d’acte pécheur, Śrī Kṛṣṇa ne dévie pas de la droiture, même sous la pression d’une crise politique et d’une guerre imminente.»
