युधिष्ठिर महाबाहो मैवं वोच: कथंचन । दुर्योधनं प्रति नृपं शृणु चेदं वचो मम,“महाबाहु युधिष्छिर! तुम्हें राजा दुर्योधनके प्रति किसी तरह ऐसी बात मुँहसे नहीं निकालनी चाहिये। मेरी इस बातको ध्यान देकर सुनो
Yudhiṣṭhira mahābāho maivaṃ vocaḥ kathaṃcana | Duryodhanaṃ prati nṛpaṃ śṛṇu cedaṃ vaco mama ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ô Yudhiṣṭhira aux bras puissants, ne prononce d’aucune manière de telles paroles au sujet du roi Duryodhana. Écoute attentivement ce que je vais dire.»
