अथ चिन्तयतस्तस्य कर्णाभ्यां पुरुष: स्मृत: । प्रजासर्गकरो ब्रह्मा तमुवाच जगत्पति:
atha cintayatastasya karṇābhyāṃ puruṣaḥ smṛtaḥ | prajāsargakaro brahmā tamuvāca jagatpatiḥ ||
Tandis qu’il demeurait plongé dans sa pensée, une Personne apparut — comme rappelée, surgissant de ses propres oreilles. C’était Brahmā, le créateur qui fait naître les êtres ; et le Seigneur du monde s’adressa à lui.
