Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī
अहो नारायणं तेजो दुर्दर्श द्विजसत्तम । यत्राविशन्ति कल्पान्ते सर्वे ब्रह्मादय: सुरा:
aho nārāyaṇaṁ tejo durdarśa dvijasattama | yatrāviśanti kalpānte sarve brahmādayaḥ surāḥ ||
Janamejaya dit : «Ô le meilleur des brahmanes, merveilleuse est la splendeur de Nārāyaṇa, difficile à soutenir pour les mortels. À la fin d’un éon, tous les dieux, à commencer par Brahmā, entrent en Lui et s’y résorbent. Aussi, sur terre comme au ciel, je ne reconnais nul être plus souverainement pur et grand que Lui.»
