यश्चाधर्मेण विब्रूयाद् यश्चारर्मेण मृच्छति
yaścādharmeṇa vibrūyād yaścārarmēṇa mṛcchati
Bhīṣma dit : «Celui qui parle par l’adharma, et celui qui trouve sa fin dans une conduite injuste—tous deux portent la même défaillance morale : ils ont abandonné le dharma dans la parole comme dans l’acte.»
भीष्म उवाच
Dharma must govern both speech and conduct; speaking through unrighteous means and reaching one’s end through unrighteous conduct are presented as parallel moral failures.
