अधथ: श्रोत्रेन्द्रियग्राम उत्पद्यति नराधिप । सप्तमं सर्गमित्याहुरेतदैन्द्रियकं स्मृतम्‌,नरेन्द्र! श्रोत्र आदि इन्द्रियोंके बाद कर्मेन्द्रियोंकी उत्पत्ति होती है। इसे सातवाँ सर्ग कहते हैं। इसीको ऐन्द्रियक सृष्टि भी कहा जाता है

Transliteration

atha śrotrendriyagrāma utpadyati narādhipa | saptamaṃ sargam ity āhur etad aindriyakaṃ smṛtam ||

Translation

Yājñavalkya dit : «Ensuite, ô roi, se manifeste le groupe des facultés sensorielles, à commencer par l’ouïe. On le déclare être le septième stade de la création, et on s’en souvient comme de la “création sensorielle (aindriyaka)”.»
