Śuka’s Nirveda: Vyāsa’s Admonition on Dharma, Impermanence, and ‘Imperishable Wealth’ (अक्षय-धन)

नित्यं च बहु दातव्यं साधुभ्यश्चञानसूयता । प्रार्थितं व्रतशौचा भ्यां सत्कृतं देशकालयो:

Il faut donner sans cesse, et largement, aux sādhus, sans jalousie ni regard de blâme. En observant chaque jour le vœu et la pureté, au lieu et au temps favorables, qu’on donne selon la demande, avec respect et accueil convenable.
