यत: सर्वा: प्रवर्तन्ते सर्गप्रलयविक्रिया: । यच्च शंसन्ति शास्त्रेषु वदन्ति परमर्षय:,संसारकी सृष्टि और प्रलयरूप सारे विकार उसीसे सम्भव होते हैं। महर्षि अपने शास्त्रोंमें उसीकी प्रशंसा करते हैं
yataḥ sarvāḥ pravartante sarga-pralaya-vikriyāḥ | yac ca śaṃsanti śāstreṣu vadanti paramarṣayaḥ ||
Bhīṣma dit : De Lui procèdent toutes les transformations qui prennent la forme de création et de dissolution. C’est Lui que les Écritures exaltent, et que proclament les plus hauts voyants — orientant l’auditeur vers la source suprême derrière le cycle changeant du saṃsāra.
