Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse
यथा चानिमिषा: स्थूला जाल छित्त्वा पुनर्जलम् । प्राप्रुवन्ति तथा योगास्तत् पं वीतकल्मषा:
yathā cānimiṣāḥ sthūlā jālaṃ chittvā punar jalam | prāpnuvanti tathā yogās tat-padaṃ vīta-kalmaṣāḥ ||
Bhīṣma dit : «De même que de grands poissons, au regard immobile, tranchent le filet puis se fondent de nouveau dans l’eau, ainsi les yogin—ayant rejeté la souillure du péché—brisent les liens qui les retiennent et atteignent l’état suprême.»
