सांख्ययोगभेदः तथा योगबलोपदेशः
Sāṃkhya–Yoga Distinction and Instruction on Yogic Strength
आनतेनाथ शूलेन पाणिनामिततेजसा । पिनाकमिति चोवाच शूलमुग्रायुध: प्रभु:
ānatena atha śūlena pāṇināmitatejasā | pinākam iti covāca śūlam ugrāyudhaḥ prabhuḥ ||
Bhīṣma dit : Puis, lorsque ce trident—abaissé par la main du Seigneur à l’éclat incommensurable—se transforma en la forme d’un arc, le puissant Śiva, maître d’armes terribles, nomma ce trident « Pināka », parce qu’il avait été fait s’incliner (ānata) par sa main. L’épisode montre comment la puissance divine peut détourner même un instrument de destruction vers une forme disciplinée et orientée, et comment les noms gardent la mémoire éthique d’un geste.
