चिरकारि-उपाख्यानम् / The Exemplum of Cirakārī: Deliberation Before Irreversible Action
अभीत: शुचिरभ्येति राजद्वारमशड्कित: । न हि दुश्चरितं किंचिदन्तरात्मनि पश्यति
abhītaḥ śucir abhyeti rājadvāram aśaṅkitaḥ | na hi duścaritaṃ kiñcid antarātmani paśyati ||
Bhīṣma dit : L’homme sans peur et pur s’avance vers la porte du roi sans soupçon ni inquiétude. Car, au fond de lui-même, il ne voit aucune trace de mauvaise conduite ; sa conscience ne l’accuse pas.
