अहिंसा-प्रधान धर्मविचारः
Ahiṃsā as the Superior Dharma: Practical and Scriptural Reasoning
एवमुक्ता महाबाहो मृत्यु: परपुरंजय । न व्याजहार तस्थौ च प्रह्मा भगवदुन्मुखी
evam uktā mahābāho mṛtyuḥ parapuraṃjaya | na vyājahāra tasthau ca brahmā bhagavad-unmukhī ||
Bhīṣma dit : «Ainsi interpellée, ô héros aux bras puissants, ô vainqueur des citadelles ennemies, la Mort ne put prononcer un mot. Tournant son visage vers Brahmā, elle demeura là, les mains jointes, acceptant en silence son ordre.»
