साते न व्यथते बुद्धिरचला तत्त्वदर्शिनी
sāte na vyathate buddhir acalā tattvadarśinī
Bhīṣma dit : Dans un tel état, l’esprit et l’intelligence ne vacillent pas ; ils demeurent stables et immobiles, car ils voient la réalité en vérité. Sur le plan moral, ce vers loue la stabilité intérieure née de la juste compréhension : un discernement paisible, que ne troublent ni gain ni perte, ni plaisir ni douleur, ni peur ni désir.
