Duryodhana-vadha-pratikriyā: Harṣa, Nindā, and Kṛṣṇa’s Nīti-vyākhyā (Śalya-parva 60)
Kṛṣṇa links true righteousness with mastery over anger: one devoted to dharma should restrain wrath, especially when one’s public reputation is grounded in ethical conduct.
In the Shalya Parva context, Kṛṣṇa addresses someone who is becoming angry and urges him to calm down, reminding him that a dharmic person is known for forbearance and steady commitment to righteousness.
