Unrestrained Battle Description and Śakuni’s Rear Assault
अति सर्वाणि भूतानि ददृशु: सर्वमानवा: । उस महामनस्वी वीरकी फुर्ती, अस्त्र-संचालनका सुन्दर ढंग तथा पराक्रम--इन सबको सब लोगोंने सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंसे बढ़-चढ़कर देखा
ati sarvāṇi bhūtāni dadṛśuḥ sarvamānavāḥ |
Sañjaya dit : Tous les hommes le virent comme surpassant tous les êtres vivants : sa promptitude ardente, la grâce de sa maîtrise des armes et sa vaillance. La scène souligne que l’excellence martiale, lorsqu’elle se déploie aux yeux de tous, devient la mesure selon laquelle on juge un guerrier sous les contraintes morales de la guerre.
