Aśvatthāman’s Curse, Parikṣit’s Future, and the Mani’s Restitution
इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत सौप्तिकपर्वके अन्तर्गत ऐषीकपर्वमें ब्रह्मासत्रका पाण्डवोके गर्भमें प्रवेशविषयक पंद्रहवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ,इतश्वोर्ध्व महाबाहु: कुरुराजो भविष्यति
iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate sauptikaparvake antargata aiṣīkaparvaṇi brahmāstrasya pāṇḍavānāṁ garbhe praveśaviṣayakaḥ pañcadaśo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ | itaś cordhvaṁ mahābāhuḥ kururājo bhaviṣyati ||
Ainsi, dans le Śrī Mahābhārata, au sein du Sauptika Parva—plus précisément dans la section Aiṣīka—s’achève le quinzième chapitre, consacré à l’entrée du Brahmāstra dans le sein de la lignée des Pāṇḍavas. Dès lors, naîtra un roi des Kurus aux bras puissants.
