Vasudeva–Arjuna Dialogue in the Aftermath of Dvārakā
Human strength and guardianship have limits before Kāla (Time) and the larger cosmic order; when the destined withdrawal occurs, even a hero like Arjuna cannot prevent dissolution, highlighting impermanence and the inevitability of ordained change.
As Arjuna departs and relinquishes parts of the city/land, the ocean immediately inundates those very areas, progressively submerging what is left behind.
