Transliteration

saha gāndhārarājena sabhāyāṃ yad abhāṣata

Translation

Il rapporta ce qui fut dit dans l’assemblée royale avec le roi de Gandhāra—montrant comment les avis et les paroles échangés à la cour peuvent infléchir le cours de la guerre, et quelle charge de responsabilité morale pèse sur ceux qui conseillent et décident.
