बलाहकेनेव महाबलाहको यदृच्छया वा गिरिणा यथा गिरि: । तथा धनुर्ज्यातलनेमिनिस्वनै: समीयतुस्ताविषुवर्षवर्षिणौ
balāhakeneva mahābalāhako yadṛcchayā vā giriṇā yathā giriḥ | tathā dhanurjyātalaneminisvanaiḥ samīyatus tāv iṣuvarṣavarṣiṇau ||
Sañjaya dit : Comme un nuage puissant en rejoint un autre, ou comme une montagne, par le tour du destin, se rue pour heurter une montagne, ainsi ces deux héros—déversant des averses de flèches—s’avancèrent pour se faire face, au milieu des sons profonds des cordes d’arc, des claquements de paumes et du grondement des roues des chars.
