Even amid war, the narrative highlights dharma through responsible leadership: the well-being of the rightful king (Yudhiṣṭhira, ‘son of Dharma’) and the protective readiness of a champion (Bhīma) at the army’s forefront, emphasizing duty, steadiness, and safeguarding one’s people.
Sañjaya reports battlefield status: Yudhiṣṭhira is unharmed, and Bhīma has repositioned himself at the front of the Pāṇḍava forces, suggesting a tactical regrouping and readiness to meet the enemy’s advance.
