Karṇa-parva Adhyāya 58 — Arjuna’s Arrow-Storm and Relief of Bhīmasena
वादित्राणि च दिव्यानि प्रावाद्यन्त सहस्रश: । सिंहनादांश्व चक्रुस्ते दृष्टवा संख्ये तदद्भुतम्,उस समय सहसौरों दिव्य वाद्य बजने लगे। वे पांचाल-सैनिक युद्धस्थलमें वह अद्भुत कार्य देखकर सिंहनाद करने लगे
vāditrāṇi ca divyāni prāvādyanta sahasraśaḥ | siṃhanādāṃś ca cakrus te dṛṣṭvā saṅkhye tad adbhutam ||
Sañjaya dit : «Alors, par milliers, retentirent des instruments célestes. Voyant cet exploit prodigieux sur le champ de bataille, ils poussèrent des rugissements de lion, en acclamation triomphante.»
