कर्णवधार्थं धनञ्जयस्य प्रतिज्ञा — Arjuna’s resolve for Karṇa’s defeat
निगृहा बलवत् सर्वे सिंहनादमथानदन् । इस प्रकार वे सब हजारों योद्धा रथको जबरदस्ती पकड़कर सिंहनाद करने लगे || १४ हे || अपरे जगहुश्वैव केशवस्य महाभुजी
nigṛhya balavat sarve siṃhanādam athānadan | apare jaghuś caiva keśavasya mahābhujaḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : Alors, tous, retenant de force, poussèrent un rugissement de lion. D’autres encore crièrent à haute voix la louange de Keśava aux bras puissants, si bien que le champ de bataille retentit de clameurs de victoire et d’une résolution farouche à poursuivre le combat sans plier.
