Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 95 — Sātyaki’s Breakthrough and the Routing of Allied Contingents
रथानीकावगाढश्न वारणाश्वशतैर्व॒॑तः । अदृश्यत तदा पार्थो घनै: सूर्य इवावृत:,उस समय रथियोंकी सेनामें घुसकर सैकड़ों हाथियों और घोड़ोंसे घिरे हुए कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुन बादलोंमें छिपे हुए सूर्यके समान दिखायी देते थे
rathānīkāvagāḍhaś ca vāraṇāśvaśatair vṛtaḥ | adṛśyata tadā pārtho ghanair sūrya ivāvṛtaḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : Alors Pārtha (Arjuna), s’étant enfoncé dans la masse serrée des guerriers sur chars et se trouvant entouré de centaines d’éléphants et de chevaux, apparaissait tel le soleil voilé par les nuées—présence indéniable, mais par instants obscurcie dans la cohue et la poussière du combat.
