अलम्बुस-वधः
The Neutralization of Alambusa
न्यवेदयद्धूषीकेशमुपयान्तं महात्मने । इसी समय कानोंमें कुण्डल पहने, कमरमें तलवार बाँधे और वक्ष:स्थलपर कवच धारण किये एक तरुण द्वारपालने उस ड्योढ़ीके भीतर प्रवेश करके धरतीपर दोनों घुटने टेक दिये और वन्दनीय महाराज युधिष्ठिरको मस्तक नवाकर प्रणाम किया। इस प्रकार सिरसे प्रणाम करके उसने धर्मपुत्र महात्मा युधिष्ठिरको यह सूचना दी कि भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण पधार रहे हैं
sañjaya uvāca | nyavedayad hṛṣīkeśam upayāntaṁ mahātmane |
Sañjaya dit : À cet instant, un jeune gardien—portant des boucles d’oreilles, l’épée ceinte à la taille et la cuirasse sur la poitrine—entra dans le vestibule intérieur, posa les deux genoux à terre et, la tête inclinée, rendit hommage au vénérable roi Yudhiṣṭhira. Après cette révérence, il annonça au juste fils de Dharma, le magnanime Yudhiṣṭhira, que Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa (Hṛṣīkeśa) approchait.
