एवं चैतत् करिष्यामि यथा मामनुशाससि । सुप्रभातामिमां रात्रिं जयाय विजयस्य हि,अर्जुनकी विजयके लिये कल सबेरे जो कुछ करनेकी आप मुझे आज्ञा देते हैं, उसे उसी रूपमें मैं अवश्य पूर्ण करूँगा
evaṃ caitat kariṣyāmi yathā mām anuśāsasi | suprabhātām imāṃ rātriṃ jayāya vijayasya hi ||
Dāruka dit : «Ainsi ferai-je, exactement comme tu me l’ordonnes. Que cette nuit s’achève en une aube bénie — pour la victoire, oui, pour le triomphe d’Arjuna.»
