द्रोणानीक-व्यतिक्रमः — Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna Break Through Droṇa’s Array
स्थास्यते रक्षितो वीरै: सिंधुराट् स सुदुर्मद: । “ट्रोणाचार्यने ऐसा व्यूह बनाया है, जिसका अगला आधा भाग शकटके आकारका है और पिछला कमलके समान। कमलव्यूहके मध्यकी कर्णिकाके बीच सूचीव्यूहके पार्श्व भागमें युद्धदुर्मद सिन्धुराज जयद्रथ खड़ा होगा और अन्यान्य वीर उसकी रक्षा करते रहेंगे
sthāsyate rakṣito vīraiḥ sindhurāṭ sa sudurmadaḥ |
Sañjaya dit : Le roi du Sindhu, Jayadratha, enflé d’orgueil, prendra position en ce lieu, gardé de toutes parts par des guerriers. Dans la ruse guerrière qui se déploie, sa protection est un choix délibéré, moral et tactique : placer un seul homme au cœur d’un dispositif afin que le devoir, la loyauté et le prix de la violence convergent sur lui.
