ततोरर्जुनो<स्त्रविच्छैघर्यं दर्शयन्नात्मनो5रिषु
tato 'rjuno 'stravicchai-ghairyaṁ darśayann ātmano 'riṣu
Alors Arjuna, faisant éclater son courage inébranlable et sa maîtrise des armes de jet, en donna la preuve contre ses ennemis—rendant sa prouesse manifeste au plus fort du combat.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights kṣātra-dharma in practice: steadfastness and disciplined skill under pressure. Arjuna’s courage is not mere aggression; it is controlled competence directed toward the battlefield duty he has accepted.
Sañjaya reports that Arjuna, in the midst of the Drona-parvan battle, begins to demonstrate his missile-skill and unwavering resolve against the opposing warriors, signaling a surge of effective resistance and initiative.
