Transliteration

so 'tividdho bhṛśaṃ dauṇiḥ pāṇḍavena mahātmanā

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Transpercé de toutes parts avec une force terrible par le noble Pāṇḍava, le fils de Droṇa fut grièvement blessé—image de ce que, dans la guerre, même les puissants sont rabaissés lorsque la vaillance rencontre une volonté inflexible.
