तेषु निक्षिप्तशस्त्रेषु वाहनेभ्यश्ष्युतेषु च तदस्त्रवीर्य विपुलं भीममूर्धन्यथापतत्‌,उनके हथियार डाल देने और वाहनोंसे उतर जानेपर उस अस्त्रकी विशाल शक्ति केवल भीमसेनके माथेपर आ पड़ी

Transliteration

teṣu nikṣiptaśastreṣu vāhanebhyaś cyuteṣu ca | tad astravīryaṃ vipulaṃ bhīmamūrdhny athāpatat ||

Translation

Lorsque ces guerriers eurent jeté leurs armes et furent descendus de leurs chars, l’immense puissance de ce trait s’abattit pourtant sur la tête de Bhīmasena—montrant qu’une arme, une fois lâchée, frappe avec une inéluctable rigueur au cœur du tumulte guerrier.
