Mahabharata 7.183.28 — Drona Parva, Adhyaya 183, Shloka 28
व्यंसिता चाप्युपायेन शक्रदत्ता मयानघ । ये हि धर्मस्य लोप्तारो वध्यास्ते मम पाण्डव
vyaṁsitā cāpy upāyena śakradattā mayānagha | ye hi dharmasya loptāro vadhyās te mama pāṇḍava ||
Vāyu dit : «Ô Pāṇḍava sans faute, par un moyen savamment conçu, j’ai aussi rendu vaine la puissance offerte par Indra et l’ai fait retirer des mains de Karṇa. Car ceux qui sapent et détruisent le dharma sont, à mes yeux, dignes d’être mis à mort.»
