महत्या सेनया युक्तो दुर्योधनमुपागमत् | राक्षसानां विरूपाणां सहस्रै: परिवारित:,वह सहस्रों विकराल रूपवाले राक्षसोंसे घिरकर अपनी विशाल सेनाके साथ दुर्योधनके पास आया
mahatyā senayā yukto duryodhanam upāgamat | rākṣasānāṁ virūpāṇāṁ sahasraiḥ parivāritaḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : Accompagné d’une vaste armée et entouré de milliers de rākṣasas grotesques et difformes, il s’approcha de Duryodhana. La scène montre comment la guerre attire des forces toujours plus terribles et indisciplinées, aggravant le péril et l’obscurité morale du conflit.
