यदि नाहं परित्याज्यो भवद्धयां पुरुषर्षभौ | युध्यतामनुरूपेण विक्रमेण सुविक्रमौ,“अत्यन्त पराक्रमी पुरुषप्रवर वीरो! यदि आप मुझे त्याग देना न चाहते हों तो अपने अनुरूप पराक्रम प्रकट करते हुए युद्ध कीजिये'

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | yadi nāhaṃ parityājyo bhavadbhyāṃ puruṣarṣabhau | yudhyatām anurūpeṇa vikrameṇa suvikramau |

Translation

Sañjaya dit : «Ô meilleurs des hommes, ô héros d’une vaillance sans pareille ! Si vous ne souhaitez pas m’abandonner, alors combattez—déployez une prouesse digne de vous, avec votre propre courage, juste et éclatant.»
