Transliteration

tasmin rātrimukhe ghore mahāśabdaninādite

Translation

Sañjaya dit : En ce redoutable commencement de la nuit, retentissant d’un immense tumulte, l’atmosphère du champ de bataille devint funeste : les ténèbres s’amoncelaient, tandis que le fracas de la guerre ne faiblissait point, attisant la peur et la tension morale au cœur du carnage qui se poursuivait.
